Wild Boar Fillet with vegetables and honey sauce
Ingredients for 300 Gr:
300 grs grs of Wild Boar fillets DIBE
½ red pepper
½ green pepper
½ yellow bell pepper
½ red onion
a few sprigs of arugula
We do Julian sliced with all peppers varieties, courgette and onion, So we salt and pepper and poach them in the pan to cook.
Heat up the iron, when has the right temperature, we add a stream of olive oil and set the fillets.
Ingredients for the Sauce:
Vinegar or lemon
In a bowl add 2 tablespoons of honey with a tablespoon of warm water that we previously heated, and stir well to lighten.
Once we have the honey diluted, add 3 tablespoons of olive oil, one tablespoon of vinegar (or lemon juice) and a few turns of pepper.
Stir all ingredients to create an uniform sauce.
We put the sauce as the basis of our dish with the vegetables and add a few fillets of wild boar with a few leaves of arugula.
Add sesame seeds to garnish.
