What makes this certification?

To pass an annual audit by auditors of an independent certification authority. This audit focuses on check the aspects relating to products and processes to verify that the audited company (Cárnicas Dibe) complies with the legal requirements in force and with the high expectations of customers in the area of food safety and quality.
